I got a simple simple simple question for you..Here is the question – Do you believe that one day you are not going live in the world that was given to you that’s right but you are going to actually live in the world you dream of..

我有一個非常簡單的問題要問你－你相信有一天你能生活在你夢想的世界中而不是現實的世界嗎？

You gotta make every single second count..You gotta go in the future and see it baby..

你必須珍惜每一秒鐘，你必須看「看到」自己的未來。

And than you gotta come come back in the present…

然後，再回到現實。

And you gotta take that big goal, that big dream, that big reality… that’s what I said.

你必須完成那個目標，那個夢想，那個大的「現實」。

You gotta take that big reality…

And you gotta take small steps to make it manageable… To make it so your dreams become a reality..

接著，你必須把大目標拆分為可執行的小目標。如此一來你的夢想就能變成現實。

Think BIG, Dream BIG but start small..

不要怕想像，你可以有美好的夢想，但是要從小目標著手。

That’s right START SMALL – remember what I told start where you are… with what you have, because what you have is plenty..

是的，從小目標開始－記得從此刻開始，用你此刻擁有的，因為你本來就己經擁有了很多東西。

But the biggest enemy you have to deal with is yourself…

但是，你最大的敵人就是你自己。

There is an old African proverb that says: If there’s no enemy within.. the enemy outside can do us no harm…

有一句古老的非洲格言「如果內心沒有敵人，那麼外在的敵人就無法傷害我們。」

You don’t have to personally be perfect.. Are you hearing me? There are those of you right now you should’ve cut a CD, you should’ve wrote a book, you should have gotten in school and get that degree.. You should’ve started your own business..

你不需要完美，你聽到了嗎？你們有些人應該灌唱片、有些人應該寫書、有些人應該取得學歷、有些人應該自己創業。

There are so many things you should’ve done.. You should’ve done.. But you didn’t do it because you are..

有許多事情你本該完成的。但是，你沒有。因為你

SCARED… You believe – You say scared of what? – I ain’t scared… You are scared…

害怕。你說「怕什麼？我什麼都不怕。」是的，你在害怕。

You are scared of failure, you are scared to make a mistake.. You are scared…. that you are not perfect…

你害怕失敗、你害怕犯錯、你害怕你不是完美的。

And I’m telling you today you ain’t gotta be perfect… Do you hear.. what am I saying? You don’t have to be perfect to get what you want.. to do what you want, to have what you want, to be what you want… You don’t have to be perfect…. It’s a LIE

我告訴你，你不需要是完美的。你聽到了嗎？你不需要完美才能獲得你想要的、做你想做的、成為你想成為的。這是個謊話。

There will never be a point in your life… where’s the right time…to do a great thing…

人生中並沒有所謂的「對的時機」來做對的事。

If you are waiting for that perfect perfect moment… That perfect timing… is not going to happen..

如果你仍在等「對的時機」，那個時機永遠不會到的。

You know what you have to do?

知道你應該怎麼辦嗎？ 

You have to create the perfect time and the perfect opportunity..and the perfect situation.

你必須自己創造完美的時機、完美的機會、還有完美的狀況。

So a lot of people become comfortable…

很多人變得「舒適」

They stop growing, They stop wanting anything..

他們停止成長。他們停止渴望。

They – They become satisfied….

他們變得「滿足」。

People getting ready to go to jobs that they don’t like, jobs that are making them SICK….

人們每天去上那他們並不想上的班。那些讓他們噁心的班。

You see when you are not pursuing your goal you are literally… committing spiritual suicide… When you have some goal out here that you are stretching for… reaching for that takes you out of your comfort zone..You’ll find out some talents and abilities you have…

你知道嗎，當你停止追求自己的目標時，你實際上正在謀殺你的靈魂。當在追求一些舒適圈之外的目標時，你會發現一些你未曾發現的能力。

That you didn’t know you had.. When the messenger of misery visits you?

你不知道你有的。當不幸來拜訪你時。

What are you going to do? What will keep you in the game…

你該做什麼才能讓你繼續奮鬥？

There are things that you think you’ll never need to know…that you may only need to know one time in your life but that could save your life because you had that knowledge…

有一些事情你認為不重要，或只需要知道一次，但也許有一天因為剛好懂這個知識，可以拯救你的生命。

Unless you attempt to do something beyond that which’ve you already mastered you will

NEVER GROW…

除非你試著做些自己能力以外的事，否則你永遠不會成長。

What is it that you looked at some point in time and you decided that you couldn’t do it…That you talk yourself out of it…You waiting on your next door neighbor.. to make it happen for you… It may not happen..If you want on your mother or your father… They may be so ancient in their thinking…that they don’t understand this opportunity that you have and if you wait on them that may never get done….
有沒有發生過，你曾經在某一刻你認為你自己做不到？你說服自己不要去嘗試？你等待著旁邊的人為你完成？但這可能不會發生，如果你想要你的父母幫你完成，他們可能沒辦法了解這個機會。如果你試著依靠別人，這件事就永遠不會完成。

You don’t pay average people to be phenomenal, you don’t pay good people to be phenomenal..

沒有人試圖讓平凡人成為非凡，讓優秀的人成為非凡。

You just are phenomenal.. And you will attract phenomenal..

只有自己成為非凡。然後就能吸引和你一様非凡的人。

What reason can you remember.. that you can call on that you reach on… That could make you get back up find that reason.

有什麼原因可以讓你努力不懈？

If you are not where you are if you’re not where you wanna be…

如果現在的你不是你想成為的様子

If you don’t have what you want to have… If you are not where..

如果現在的你沒有你想要的

You Think you should be at this particular place..It has nothing to do with the system..

如果認為此刻的你不在你認為你應該在的位置。這和這個現實無關

But it has everything to…do with the fact that you’re not making a sacrifice.

和你有關，你沒有「犧牲」的勇氣

I want you to make that dream become a reality.. Because if you don’t..you will be working for somebody else to make their dreams become a reality.

我要你把夢想變成現實。因為如果你做不到，那你就會替做得到的人打工。

The Question is – What are you gonna do with your time?

問題是－你要如何利用你的時間？

What drives you?

什麼事可以激勵你？

– Greatness is a lot of small things done well… Day

After day.. Workout after workout..

Obedience after obedience.

Day after day…

所謂的偉大就是把許多的小事做得很好，日復一日，練習復練習，實踐復實踐。

When things don’t work out for you.. When things happen that you could not anticipate….

What are the reasons that you can think of that can keep you strong..

是什麼讓你堅持下去？

You will never ever be successful.. Until you turn your

PAIN INTO GREATNESS.. Until you allow your pain… to push you from where you are, to push you to where you need to be…

Stop running from your pain… And embrace your pain..

你永遠不會成功，除非你把自己的痛苦變成甜美的果實。除非你利用痛苦來使你成長。不要害怕痛苦，擁抱你的痛苦。

Your pain is

Going to be a a part of your past… a part of your product.. I – I challenge you to push yourself..

你的痛苦將變成你的過去，我要你逼自己。

See it’s easy to be on the bottom, it doesn’t take any effort to be a loser…

要待在社會的最底層是很容易的，完全不用付出任何努力。

It doesn’t take any motivation, any drive – in order to stay down there on a low level…

不需要任何的激勵，就可以待在那裡。

But it costs on everything in you…

但是如果你想成長，你需要全力以赴

You have to harness your will… To say I am going to challenge myself..

你必須下定決心，挑戰自己。

What you did last week don’t count..

你上星期做的不算。

…Today, Today is the only important day.. There are 86 400

今天是唯一重要的一天。一天總共有86400秒鐘，如何利用它們非常的重要，你一天只有86400秒。

Seconds in a day… And how you use those are critical… You got 86 400 a day..

And what you do today is going to see who you are…

你今天所做的事，會讓你成為怎様的人

Nobody’s gonna talk about what you did..Last week…

沒人會討論你上星期做得如何。

You have this opportunity of a lifetime… It means absolutely nothing if you don’t take advantage of it…. in the lifetime of this opportunity..

你一生中有一次機會，如果不好好把握那就一點意義都沒有了。

I got a saying that when life knocks you down try and land on….your back because if you can look up…

我聽過一句話，當生活把你擊倒時，試著用背部著地，因為如果你可以面對它你就能擺脫它。

You could get off… If you wanna think bad enough and fight for it… To work day and night…

如果你非常渴望、願意為它奮鬥、工作整日整夜

To give up your time your, your peace and your sleep for it…

為它放棄你的時間、你的睡眠。

If all is that you dream and [dream] about it.

如果你全心全意只想要這個夢想。

And life seems useless and worthless

Without it….

那麼生活沒有這個夢想似乎就沒有意義了。

See it’s time now – if you wanna make this your decade..

時候到了，如果你想要成功
